Amarjit joined the Motor Industry in 1995 and has achieved recognition at all levels. He has had many years of retail experience within the family businesses. Romford Mazda was established in 1992 and the family acquired the business in 2007. Amarjit has always highlighted the importance of control and measurement. His focus has been to work with the team to implement the ideas and aspirations of the business and to ensure that they are accepted. Amarjit is a proactive and tenacious individual that strives for excellence across all areas of the business. He has a key focus on efficiency and customer care. He believes that he works with enthusiastic and highly motivated people that share his commitment to delivering results through an exceptional customer experience. Amarjit brings different, proven experiences to the business and the combination of these skills allow him to ensure that the business objectives are achieved.
Kam is the co-owner of the business and is responsible for the sustainable and continuous growth of the Vehicle Sales Department. He is involved in the day to day challenges that the role brings. It is his knowledge of customer needs together with the wider automotive industry that ensures that the high level of service and care that is required in our business about is not only met but surpassed. Kam exercises the flexibility that is required to secure both the business needs and satisfaction of our customers. Romford Mazda has a hotel mentality that focuses on our customers and tries to satisfy their needs. Kam’s experiences of different companies allows him a cross pollination of ideas that have benefited the overall business. Kam works in a very prepared and organised manner which is unusual in our industry.
Dilraj joined Romford Mazda in 2008. His knowledge and experience ensures that our customers are in safe hands. He is a dependable member of the team and has a strong ability to lead by example. He installs confidence and direction to his colleagues. He does this in a calm and assuring nature which is an essential requirement to deliver the aspirations of both the business and our customers. Joshua joined the business in 2017 and his training has given him an appreciation of all the skills that are required to operate in a Car Dealership environment. During his apprenticeship he has gained technical knowledge by spending time in the Aftersales Department. This has gained her respect both amongst his colleagues and customers alike. Joshua has now settled in his sales role, he understands the company ethos and strives to deliver a high level customer experience.
Harmun joined the company in 2017. He has settled into his role quickly and his enthusiasm has credited him with plaudits from both within and outside outside our business. Harmun works hard to understand the unique needs of our clients, and the bespoke demands of the challenging climate conditions. Harmun is very client focused and his approach ensures excellent customer satisfaction.

Emma Doman - Dealership Receptionist
Emma is employed at Romford Mazda as a Customer Receptionist and is tasked to ensure that we delivered the standard of service you would expect from a business selling and servicing high value products. She is the first port of call for our customers. It is important that they are qualified quickly so that they can be directed to the correct area of the business. Emma understands the values and aspirations of the business perfectly and is key in maintaining the reputation of the company. Kuljit is a key member of the Accounts department, with overall responsibility for the financial aspects of the company in line with our client, supplier, internal and legal obligations. She is responsible for liaising with the auditors to produce the financial reports for the companies that are associated with the business. Kuljit is responsible for the payroll and all the work that comes with that role. Kuljit is a well liked and diligent member of the team, and has a dependable nature in her dealings with others.
Keith is one of the most experienced Accountants within the Accountancy Profession, having been involved in his speciality for over 30 years. He helps to ensure the smooth operation of our business. Keith has the enviable ability to anticipate obstacles before they arise and thus ensure proactive solutions. He is a valued member of our team.
Michael joined Romford Mazda in 1996 making him one of the longest serving members of the team. Michael is one of the many faces that our customers meet during their interaction with our business and his determination to deliver and clean our customers’ cars to a very high standard is reflected in our excellent customer satisfaction scores. Michael’s reassuring nature gives our customers confidence that their car is in safe hands when they are collected and delivered back after the required work has been expedited. Our demographic and location has it’s challenges of which Michael has a firm understanding and has the ability to face obstacles when arise. Michael is an asset to our business who has continuously enhanced our reputation with our customers.
Chris is a very experienced Individual with over 19 years of technical and workshop appreciation. His authoritative knowledge and experience ensures that our customers are in safe hands. He works with a dependable team of Technicians and Service Advisors to deliver the service levels expected by our discerning clientele. Chris has a tenacious attitude with a hands on approach. Chris has the calm and assuring nature essential to install confidence in staff and customers alike. He manages the smooth operation of our Aftersales department and ensures the aspirations of the business, customers and the manufacturer are achieved. Chris is our Health and Safety Executive.
Katherine is able to confidently advise and liaise with our customers to ensure that we deliver the service levels that are expected every time they visit our business. She is key to achieving the customer satisfaction levels that Romford Mazda aspire to. Due to her approachable nature our customers find it easy to discuss any requirements that they may have. She is keen to develop the reputation of the company and is aware of the demands of our busy clientele.
There are a large number of important functions within the Aftersales department. It is Debbie’s role to ensure that the business achieves optimum efficiency and delivers a dependable service at all stages of the workshop process. This is a critical role in a fast paced environment where on time delivery is critical. Debbie understands all areas of the business that she operates in and works hard to make sure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. She has an excellent eye for detail and her contribution helps to ensure that we deliver the standard of service expected of a premium franchise business. She is a good communicator and has established a great relationship with our clients.
Alex joined the company in 2009 as a Parts driver and her work ethic rewarded her with promotion to the Service Advisor role. Alex has excelled in her role and has taken on addition responsibilities. This has lead to the business with a fully booked workshop and payments being made on time for the work carried out. Alex is our Motability Specialist within the Aftersales area and ensures that our customers’ cars are looked after in line with the requirements of the manufacturer. Alex has a dependable nature and is appreciated by our customers. This is evident in the relationship she has with them. She puts her experience and knowledge to good use when understanding our customers needs. She ensures that we continue to meet the requirements of our existing clients and develop relationships with new customers.
Paul is a very experienced Partsman who is responsible for sourcing parts and consumables for our business.. He has spent all his working life in this area and his knowledge with his experience ensures that our customers’ and Technicians’ receive the service expected by an individual that is key to a business that operates in the Motor Trade sector. The supply of Parts and Accessories makes Paul’s role critical in ensuring that our customers work is completed and therefore they are delighted with their visit to the business. Paul’s role has a large influence in the efficiency of the workshop, the parts department is an area of the business that requires constant attention in a world where technology is frequently enhanced and modified.
Harry is our most experienced Technician having spent over 43 years in this sector. He has worked for various manufacturers as well as having operated a business of his own. Harry’s expertise is a great asset to the company. He has help to grow our own apprentices into great technicians and is eager for fresh challenges that our industry constantly brings. The change of models and new technology leads to an environment that is becoming ever more competitive. His grounding means that he has the discipline and thoroughness essential to ensuring our customers are safe at all times. This guarantees that we meet the exacting and demanding requirements of today’s vehicle safety law.

Huseyin is an experienced Senior Technician who is always keen to develop his knowledge of the motor car. Huseyin is a disciplined individual who completes his tasks with a high level of care ensuring the company complies with all the legal obligations that are now associated with the repair of all motor vehicles. Balvinder joined the company in 2007 as office administrator. She is responsible for making sure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. She has an excellent eye for detail and her contribution helps to ensure that we deliver the standard of service you expect each and every time. She is also responsible for the taxation of customer vehicles for collection and conformity of the FCA Regulations that are associated with the Motor Trade Industry.
Maria joined the company in 2017 and helps with the smooth running of the department behind the scenes. In her role as Service Advisor, she is responsible for making sure that our customers are booked in for their service, repairs and ensures that the service levels that they had expected not only were met but surpassed. In her role as our Customer Liaison Officer Maria calls our customers following their visit to the Dealership to establish that the aspirations of the business are met.
Amy joined the company in April 2016. In her role as office administrator, she is responsible for making sure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. She is also responsible for the taxation of customer vehicles for collection and conformity of the FCA Regulations that are associated with the Motor Trade Industry. She has settled in to our Company very quickly and we are proud to say that she is already a valued member of our team.
Alex is a dedicated technician who enjoys the everyday challenges of the workshop. Alex works well under pressure and is always willing to offer his support. He operates with quality and perfection in mind, his professionalism ensure our services give us the best possible chance of securing our customers business for life.
Joe joined the company in 2017 with previous experience in the role. His development programme will take his qualification to Senior Technician level and we look to support his ambition of achieving the Master Technician status. Joe is a tenacious and hardworking individual who embraces all the challenges that are put before him. He has developed a clear understanding of the role and ensures that we continue to deliver our promise of quality, assurance and customer satisfaction. Joe is a valued member of the team.
